• Apply for a job with us, such as your name, contact details, right to work status, care experience and CV
• Send us a general message through our contact form

Detailed care needs are discussed during a care assessment, not collected through this website. We never ask for NHS numbers, medical records or financial details through our online forms.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you are looking for
• To arrange and deliver care services where you become a client
• To consider your application where you apply for a role
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a CQC registered provider
• To send you updates about NBH Care only where you have ticked the marketing consent box

We rely on your consent for enquiries and marketing, on taking steps to enter a contract for care arrangements and applications, and on our legal obligations as a regulated care provider.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our website and communications, with regulators such as the Care Quality Commission where required, and with health or care professionals where you have agreed as part of your care arrangements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Care records and job applications are kept in line with legal and regulatory retention requirements for care providers and no longer than necessary.
